Suggestions for More BigBand™ Activities
Here are some suggestions from BigBand™ Trainers in the field:
I like to lay the BigBand™ on the kitchen table and have my client "scrunch" the band using their fingers, working the band from one ball to another. This is a great exercise for hand strength and finger joint mobility. |

![]() | To work on ankle range of motion, I put BigBand™ on the floor and have my clients draw a rainbow over the ball without letting the heel come off the ground. |
I like to perform low rows like this. Put the band portion under one foot with the big ball to the inside of the arch. The big ball helps to anchor the band and keep it from slipping out from under the foot. Then, hold BigBand™ just inside the little ball. Perform a row by moving the elbow behind the body. This is a great way to exercise the back if a shoulder injury makes it difficult to do pull-downs. We welcome trainer input.
